Lent 2012
Join our church family on Wednesday evenings beginning at 6pm. Bring a meal to share and stay for a time of worship. Remember to bring your passport as we travel through Lent and journey to the cross. We meet weekly until Holy Week.

Dave Ramsey

noon to 3pm.
Classes begin at SPC in January and last until May!
Did you know that there are over 800 scriptures
regarding personal finance? FPU teaches stewardship- that is how to manage 100%
of what God gives you. Make plans now to join Shenango Presbyterian Church for
a financial seminar that will last for 13 weeks. The class costs $93 per
family. This includes all materials and a lifetime membership in Dave’s school.
Financial Peace University is a tool that supports
churches by equipping them with a biblicaly based accountability class that
will train their congregation and community to manage resources. The class is
taught by Dave Ramsey via DVD, followed by a small-group discussion. Ramsey
knows first hand what financial peace means in his own life- living a true
rags-to-riches, back-to-rags, back-to-riches story. By age 26, he had
established a four million dollar real estate portfolio, only to lose it all by
age 30. He has since rebuilt his financial life and now devotes himself full
time to helping ordinary people to understand the forces behind their financial
distress. He resides with his wife Sharon and their three children in
Nashville, TN.
Daily on his radio show, he invites his listeners to
“Walk daily with the Prince of Peace.” His mission is to empower and give HOPE
to everyone from the financially secure to the financially distressed.
